Policies for Purchasing Past Tests and Associated Products (“Products”):
- Payment: All payments for product(s) must be made through through our secure checkout process using a valid credit card or other accepted payment method. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Order confirmation: Upon successful payment, customers will receive an order confirmation email for the purchased product(s). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have provided a valid email address and that they have access to the email account to receive the order confirmation.
- Digital access: Past tests are provided to customers as digital access through our websites system. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary equipment to access the webpages. We do not provide physical copies of the tests.
- Individual use only: Our past exams are intended for individual use only. Customers are not permitted to distribute, reproduce, or sell the exams to any third parties. Any unauthorized distribution of our past exams is a violation of copyright and could result in legal action.
- Accuracy and quality: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our past tests. However, we cannot guarantee that all of the information contained in the exams is current or complete. Customers should use the exams as a study aid, but should not rely on them as the sole source of information for any subject.
- Refunds and exchanges: All sales of product(s) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for past tests under any circumstances. - Updates and removal: We reserve the right to update or remove any past tests from our website at any time without prior notice. If a purchased product is updated or removed, customers will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
